Alicia has been with Carbon since its first year.  As well as executing assignments she is also Carbon’s Quality Manager, conducting client and candidate reviews after each assignment.  Alicia has extensive experience placing functional heads in retail, commercial and corporate banking as well as asset management and, being multi-lingual, makes her invaluable on European mandates.  Prior to Carbon, she worked in international contract negotiation with a high profile defence organisation.  Alicia graduated from Brunel University with a first class degree in Management Studies.
