Paul founded Carbon in 1999 to deliver senior level executive search to a select group of financial services clients.  Today, under his leadership, Carbon has established an impressive portfolio of clients in banking, insurance and asset management, where it demonstrates a track record of hiring non-executive and executive leaders who have successfully shaped and defined the organisations within which they work.  Paul works with a range of organisations across Carbon's EMEA client base to appoint CEOs and functional leaders in both developed and emerging markets.  Prior to establishing Carbon, Paul spent three years at a specialist technology recruitment firm.  He is a director of a theatre company and enjoys endurance sports expeditions.
