Rebecca joined Carbon in 2003.  She specialises in international executive search, working with a client base which spans EMEA, with a particular focus on emerging and high growth markets.  With 20 years of senior search experience, 10 years of which were spent living and working in Hong Kong and Sydney, Rebecca has an extensive global network.  She has a track record of hiring commercial leaders, general managers and functional heads across the spectrum of financial services from retail and commercial banking to insurance.  Rebecca travels extensively, using her German when possible, and is passionate about running and keeping fit.
