One of the founding partners of the firm, Alicia has played a critical role in leading and shaping Carbon's brand, approach and client footprint. Today, under her leadership, Carbon's focus is on board and senior executive hires for a portfolio of financial services clients from privately backed growth businesses to FTSE 100 organisations. She works to find talented leaders for both commercial and functional roles across consumer and commercial banking and insurance.
Alicia believes strongly in the impact that personal chemistry between leaders can have in evolving teams and businesses. She works deliberately to assess this and the fit between client and candidates through the searches the firm undertakes.
Alicia is a passionate supporter of diversity and, in partnership with Carbon's clients, has led many initiatives to increase female and BAME representation within their organisations. She holds a First-Class degree in Management Studies from Brunel University.
