Laurence works with high potential leaders, executive teams and boards to unlock potential and maximise impact. She specialises in moments of change, such as high-profile IPO, fundraising or M&A transactions, or where an organisation is undergoing profound transformation.
Following a career in New York and London as a Capital Markets banker, in 1998 Laurence founded Mediatree and as CEO built it into one of the world's leading specialist investor marketing agencies. She remains as a Director on the Board.
In 2012, Laurence founded the leadership coaching agency Perform Partnership, a practice that delivers a full range of bespoke executive and leadership coaching solutions. She is often called on to perform Board and Executive Committee effectiveness assessments.
Laurence holds a double BA from Brown University (Political Science and Classics) and a Masters in International Finance from SciencesPo Paris. Laurence is an accredited ICF Coach (PCC) and a Coach Supervisor from the world-recognised CSA (Coach Supervision Academy) and was elected to the World Economic Forum (Davos) as a Young Global Leader.
