Lotte Olsen

Lotte joined Carbon in 2025 as an Associate and works closely with partners across a wide range of mandates. She leads market research and candidate assessments, ensuring the most talented candidates are identified and engaged across our assignments.

She is motivated by problem-solving, forensic research, developing long-standing relationships across financial services and continually developing her knowledge of the sector. Lotte is committed to supporting both executive and board hires across retail, commercial and corporate banking, reinsurance, insurance, and wealth.

Before joining Carbon, Lotte worked in search across various industries and functions, including senior placements in financial services.

Lotte holds a Master’s degree from University College London in Industrial, Organisational, and Business Psychology, as well as a dual Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art and Psychology from Syracuse University.
