Sophie is a search consultant with experience across a range of domains. During her extensive career, Sophie has worked across a variety of industries including financial services, FMCG, media and telecoms. Within financial services, Sophie has experience of hiring senior executive and board level talent across retail and commercial banking, payments, fintech and consumer finance.
Sophie’s combination of financial services and wider industry executive search provides her with a broad experience base from which to provide clients with creative ideas. She is passionate about assessing whether individuals are a strong capability and cultural fit for an organisation.
Now focused on financial services with Carbon, Sophie’s work has included assignments across areas including risk, audit, operations, product development, transactional banking, data, cyber security, and finance. Sophie has a BA (Joint Honours) in Italian and Music from Cardiff University.
